Project Overview

This project was developed under contract for a warehouse operations company whose name is intentionally omitted for privacy. We refer to them using Atmosoft, their technology partner, which also served as the primary development and product front.

Atmosoft is a B2B tech solutions company focused on building internal tooling for supply chain and logistics teams. I was brought on to lead the end-to-end UX and UI design of a new multi-functional dashboard to

support warehouse operations across three locations. The platform was designed to surface key performance indicators related to inventory, fulfillment, and workforce activity for over 40 users.

The dashboard is currently in development and is scheduled to deploy in June 2025.

For the initial rollout, the CEO (also the lead engineer) identified three core user flows critical to launch:

  1. Dashboard Overview – a central hub to track key performance metrics such as inventory value, order trends, and system uptime

  2. Employee Management – a page where admins can add, create, delete, and manage users, including a secure password reset flow

  3. Inventory Management – a view to review SKU-level data, filter/search inventory, and export detailed records

Atmosoft is a B2B tech solutions company providing operational tools for enterprise clients. I was contracted to design a warehouse management dashboard that centralizes inventory, workforce, and order data across three warehouse locations. The goal was to create an intuitive, scalable system that supports 40+ internal users including admins, managers, and inventory staff.
